Returns & Exchanges

At Soapbox, we want you to love your skin and hair care routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
